Wollaston Polarisator bietet den weitesten Abweichungs Winkel von Strahl Verdrängungs Polarisatoren. Dieser Polarisator besteht aus zwei birefringenten Prismen, die zusammen zementiert sind. Beide Ausgangs Strahlen werden symmetrisch von der Eingangs Strahlachse abgewichen. Da die Ausgangs Abweichungen chromatisch sind, wurden Wollaston-Polarisatoren sowohl in Spektrometern als auch in Polarisations Analysatoren eingesetzt.
