Bibo (BiB3O6) ist ein neu entwickelter, nichtlinearer optischer Kristall. Es verfügt über eine große effektive nichtlineare koeffcient, hohe Schadensschwelle und Trägheit in Bezug auf Feuchtigkeit. Sein nichtlinearer Koeffizient ist 3,5-4 mal höher als der von LBO, 1,5-2 mal höher als der von BBO. Es ist ein vielversprechendes Doppel-Kristall, um blauen Laser zu produzieren.
